Help someone at their machine, and have a record of it afterwards

Remote support means someone from IT takes control of a machine that has your company's data on it. Akku puts consent, re-authentication and a recording around that, so the help still happens and there is an account of what was done.

Remote control, with the user's agreement

Take live control of a Windows, macOS or Ubuntu machine after the person at it consents on screen. The operator re-authenticates before the session opens, the session has a defined start and stop rather than an open connection, and the whole thing is recorded.

Web and SaaS sessions on record

When someone opens a web or SaaS application you have configured, that session on the managed browser can be monitored and recorded. Recordings replay in the browser, carry gap and tamper evidence, and a session in progress can be ended. My Apps gives each person a launcher showing only the applications they are entitled to, opened under the same monitoring.
